Laura Porter is a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness specialist dedicated to empowering women through strength training. She believes in the transformative power of fitness and is passionate about helping women gain confidence in their bodies. Laura's favourite training method is working with small groups, fostering a supportive community where fitness goals are achieved together. In her free time, Laura enjoys running, cooking, and spending time in Tower Grove Park with her husband and three kids. As an integral part of Ready Fitness Training (RFT), Laura brings her expertise and enthusiasm to create a motivating and inclusive environment. Her commitment to community-driven fitness and personal empowerment makes her a valuable asset to the RFT team, helping members achieve their health and wellness goals.
