ARTICLE 6: Auto-Pay for Subscription Services

Auto-Pay Enrollment: By subscribing to our services, clients agree to enroll in auto-pay, where payments will be automatically charged according to the agreed subscription terms.
Payment Schedule: The specific dates and frequency of auto-pay charges will align with the client’s chosen subscription plan.

Procedure for Initiating Chargebacks: Clients wishing to initiate a chargeback must contact the Ready Fitness Training customer service team through the designated communication channels. Detailed instructions, including necessary documentation and time frames for submitting a chargeback request, will be provided.

Upon receipt of a chargeback request, Ready Fitness Training will conduct a thorough investigation, complying with applicable financial and banking regulations. The outcome of the investigation will determine the validity of the chargeback claim.
