I TRAIN WOMEN TO THRIVE.
I created EmpowHER because I kept seeing women show up to gyms and leave feeling like the space wasn’t built for them — especially women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s going through one of the most significant physical transitions of their lives.
My training philosophy is simple: every woman I coach should leave feeling more powerful than when she walked in. Strength is a skill. Confidence is a result of that skill being built consistently, in a space that supports you. Whether you’re joining an EmpowHER class, working with me 1:1, or returning to fitness for the first time in years — I meet you exactly where you are and build from there.
