Memberships

What's the difference between Standard and RFT Premium membership?
Both memberships include 24/7 gym access, sauna and ice bath, 1 free RFT+ class, free parking, and a welcome T-shirt. The RFT Premium ($85/mo) adds unlimited ice bath and sauna access and 1 free protein drink per week — the Standard membership charges per recovery session. Premium is the better deal if you use recovery tools regularly.
What does the Couples Membership include?
The Couples Membership at $100/month covers both partners — that’s just $50 per person. Both members get 24/7 access, sauna and ice bath, 1 free RFT+ class each, free parking, and welcome T-shirts. It’s available month-to-month with no contracts.
What is the RFT+ Unlimited Gym membership?
The RFT+ Unlimited Gym ($165/mo) is the top-tier membership combining everything — unlimited access to RFT+ group training classes, full 24/7 gym access, unlimited ice bath and sauna, and 1 free protein drink per week. If you want classes + gym + recovery all in one plan, this is it.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, provide written notice at least 30 days before your next billing date. Written notice can be submitted by email to info@readyft.com or in person at our facility. There are no cancellation fees — just the 30-day notice requirement.
Do you offer day passes or week passes?
Yes! We offer a Day Pass for $10 (includes free parking) and a Week Pass for $30 (unlimited access for the week, 24/7 access, free parking). These are perfect if you’re visiting St. Louis, testing us out before joining, or just want flexibility.
Is there an online-only membership option?
Yes — our RFT+ Online plan is $25/month and gives you access to full online workout programming. Great if you’re traveling frequently, prefer to train at home, or want a program to follow between in-person sessions.

RFT+ Classes

What is RFT+ and how is it different from open gym?
RFT+ is our signature group personal training program — not just open gym access. Every session is led by a certified trainer who coaches form, scales movements to your level, and delivers a structured workout blending mobility work, strength training, and circuit conditioning. You get real coaching, not just access to equipment.
How many classes are offered per week?
We offer close to 48 classes per month across multiple time slots each day, including early morning (6am), midday, and evening options. Saturday sessions are also available. Check the current schedule in the WellnessLiving app or on our website.
What fitness level do I need to join RFT+ classes?
All fitness levels are welcome. Our certified coaches scale every movement during the session — beginners get appropriate modifications, and advanced athletes get progressions that challenge them. Just show up. You don’t need to be in shape to start getting in shape.
What should I wear and bring to RFT+ class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and supportive cross-training or athletic shoes (avoid running-only shoes for strength work). Bring a water bottle and a small towel. That’s it — everything else is provided.
How much do RFT+ classes cost?
Drop-in: $29 per class
4-Pack: $99 for 4 sessions
Unlimited Monthly: $99/month
With RFT+ Unlimited Gym membership: Unlimited classes included at $165/month total (gym + classes + recovery).

Personal Training

Do I need a gym membership to do personal training?
No membership is required for personal training sessions. You can book a trainer session as a standalone service. That said, combining personal training with a gym membership gives you full access to train on your own between sessions, which accelerates results.
How do I choose the right trainer?
Start by looking at each trainer’s specialty page to find the best match for your goals. Kramer specializes in holistic weight loss and general fitness; Laura focuses on women’s training and mobility; Jamel is our athletic performance and movement specialist; Fenner is our powerlifting coach; Brendan and Ian both offer excellent general strength and conditioning programming. Contact us and we’ll make a recommendation based on your goals.
How often should I train with a personal trainer?
For most goals, 2–3 sessions per week with a trainer produces the best results. Beginners often start with 2x per week and add gym sessions on their own between appointments. Your trainer will recommend a frequency based on your specific goals and schedule.
What happens in a personal training session?
Your first session typically includes an initial assessment — movement screening, goal discussion, and baseline testing. From there, each session follows your personalized program with real-time coaching on form, technique, and effort. Your trainer adjusts the plan as you progress.
Is online personal training available?
Yes — the RFT+ Online membership ($25/month) gives you digital programming you can follow from anywhere. For fully customized online 1:1 coaching, contact us to inquire about remote training options with our trainers.

Physical Therapy

When is physical therapy available?
Physical therapy sessions are currently offered on Saturdays by appointment only. Saturday slots are limited, so we recommend booking in advance. Call or text us at 314-669-5006 to reserve your appointment. We plan to expand to additional days as the program grows.
Do you accept insurance for physical therapy?
We are currently in the process of credentialing with major insurance networks including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and others. At this time, we accept cash pay, HSA cards, and FSA cards. We will notify patients as insurance acceptance is confirmed — contact us to be added to the notification list.
How much does physical therapy cost?
Initial Evaluation: $125 (approximately 60 minutes)
30-Minute Session: $60
60-Minute Session: $125

All prices are cash-pay rates. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. No insurance billing at this time.
Do I need a doctor's referral to start physical therapy?
In Missouri, patients can access physical therapy through direct access — meaning no physician referral is required to start treatment for a limited period. You can call us and book directly. If you plan to use insurance in the future, some plans may require a referral — we’ll help you navigate that when insurance becomes available.
How many PT sessions will I need?
It varies significantly by condition. Minor injuries and muscle imbalances may resolve in 4–6 sessions. Complex post-surgical cases may require 12–20+ sessions over several months. Your therapist will provide a realistic timeline and plan at your initial evaluation — and you’ll never be pressured to commit to more than you need.
Can I use the gym during my physical therapy treatment?
Yes — and this is one of the biggest advantages of PT at RFT. Because our PT happens inside the gym, your therapist can transition you directly from hands-on treatment to functional gym-based exercises in the same session. There’s no travel between clinic and gym. Many patients also maintain a gym membership and train independently between sessions.
Do you offer post-surgical rehabilitation?
Yes. We work with post-surgical patients across a wide range of procedures including ACL reconstruction, rotator cuff repair, meniscectomy, hip labrum surgery, and others. We require surgical notes and surgeon clearance prior to beginning post-op rehab. Your surgeon will provide a protocol; we build your gym-integrated program on top of it.

Weight Loss & Peptides

What is semaglutide and how does it help with weight loss?
Semaglutide is a GLP-1 receptor agonist — a class of medication that mimics a hormone your body naturally produces after eating. It works by slowing gastric emptying, reducing appetite, and improving blood sugar and insulin regulation. Clinical trials show average weight loss of around 15% of body weight over 68 weeks. It is only available by prescription under medical supervision.
What is the difference between semaglutide and tirzepatide?
Both are proven GLP-1 medications for weight loss. Tirzepatide (brand names Mounjaro and Zepbound) additionally activates GIP receptors alongside GLP-1 — a dual-mechanism that clinical trials show produces greater average weight loss (up to ~22% body weight). Our medical team will review your health history and goals to determine which medication is right for you.
How much weight can I expect to lose?
Clinical trials show average weight loss of 15–22% of body weight over approximately 68–72 weeks for most patients. However, individual results vary based on starting weight, medication dose, lifestyle adherence, and other health factors. Most patients begin seeing meaningful results within the first 4–8 weeks of treatment.
Are there side effects from peptide weight loss therapy?
The most common side effects are nausea, mild fatigue, and GI discomfort, particularly during the initial dose titration phase. These typically subside within a few weeks as your body adjusts. Rarely, patients experience more significant GI effects. Our medical team monitors all patients and adjusts dosing protocols to minimize side effects.
Do I need to exercise while on a peptide weight loss program?
Yes — and this is where RFT’s integrated model makes a critical difference. GLP-1 medications can cause some muscle mass loss alongside fat loss if resistance training is not incorporated. Our gym and trainer integration ensures you have a proper strength program to protect your lean muscle while losing fat. This is something most standalone weight loss clinics completely miss.
Will I gain the weight back when I stop taking peptides?
Research shows that weight regain is common after discontinuing GLP-1 medications without sustained lifestyle changes. That’s exactly why our program is built around long-term habit formation, nutrition education, and ongoing fitness — not just the prescription. Our maintenance program supports clients who have hit their goal and want to sustain results without remaining on medication indefinitely.

EmpowHER

Is EmpowHER only for women?
Yes — EmpowHER is a women-only program designed to provide a supportive, non-intimidating environment for women at all fitness levels. This intentional space allows women to train, learn, and grow without the dynamics that sometimes make mixed-gender gym settings uncomfortable for beginners.
Do I need prior gym experience to join EmpowHER?
Absolutely not. EmpowHER was specifically built to be accessible to women who have never set foot in a gym before — while still delivering enough challenge to progress experienced athletes. Your coaches scale every session to your level. There’s no minimum fitness requirement, just a willingness to show up.
What makes EmpowHER different from a regular fitness class?
EmpowHER combines structured strength and conditioning coaching, expert guidance, and genuine community in a women-only environment. It’s not just a class you attend — it’s a program with a community that holds you accountable and shows up for you. The programming is designed around the specific physiological and motivational needs of women, and the coaching reflects that.
